PLAYGROUND SHADES

Playground Shade Structures for Schools & Early Childhood Centres

Protecting children from UV exposure during outdoor play is a requirement, not an option. Shade World designs and installs purpose-built playground shade structures for primary schools, kura, and early childhood education centres throughout Greater Auckland Region.  Our playground shade systems feature a durable powder-coated aluminium frame, commercial-grade shade cloth in your choice of colour, and are engineered to meet NZ building code requirements. Structures can cover swings, slides, sandpits, water play areas, and general play zones in any shape or configuration.  All installations are Site Safe accredited and include compliance documentation – essential for ERO inspections and council permits.
